Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our real estate projects and generate qualified leads.
- Customer Engagement: Explain the features and benefits of properties to interested clients and understand their needs.
- Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients through calls and emails to ensure continuous engagement.
- Data Management: Record and maintain accurate details of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Site Visits Coordination: Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential buyers with the sales team.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in converting leads to confirmed buyers by providing necessary follow-up support.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into opportunities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM knowledge preferred).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
- Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory). - Graduates are preferred but not mandatory.
